Jothashilpa reserves all the rights to make any changes, add, remove or modify any portions of these Terms and Conditions and its materials contained on its website at any time without any prior notice. All changes will be immediately effective as soon as it is posted and available on the Site.All customers are, hereby, requested to check the Terms and Conditions regularly and keep themselves up to date. Customers’ continued use of the Site, after changed has been made, will represent that they accepted the changed and updated Terms and Conditions and they will be bound to abide by the rules.
User License
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Jothashilpa’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you are strictly prohibited to:
modify, copy duplicate, reproduce, resold or exploit any materials of Jothashilpa; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Jothashilpa’s web site;

The materials appearing on Jothashilpa’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Jothashilpa may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Jothashilpa does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Refund Policy
The photos of the products on the site may not always represent the actual products and sometimes may varies due to technical or other reasons. In such case the purchased products are not returnable. However, it is on the sole discretion of Jothashilpa whether they will change or refund any products only if the customer did not get their actual desired products due to Jothashilpa’s fault. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Under no circumstances, the product will be eligible to refund or return just because the product was “no longer needed”.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, health or personal care items.
We will only take back products, if wrong product was send to the customer due to any fault of the authority. Nevertheless, in that case, the products will be only returnable if the conditions mentioned below are satisfied:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free from any kinds of damage or whatsoever;
The product and original package of the product must include original price and company tag, user manuals, warranty cards and other relevant things provided during the purchase;
If the purchased product was provided with any second layer of package, i.e: the package given by delivery company and so on, those materials should also be included with return pack.
If any product is returned with inadequate condition or does not comply with the conditions mentioned above, then Jothashilpa will reserve all the rights to give back it to the customer and enforce to pay full payment of the products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product through COURIER SERVICE or SELF to: House: 29, Road: 13, P.C. Culture Housing Society, Shekertek, Adabor, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 1000 Taka, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, because of the policies may vary.
Pricing, Availability and Order Processing/Shipment/Delivery Policy
a. Jothashilpa does not offer price matching. We try our best to provide best quality products with the most affordable price and try our best to deliver the products within possible short time. Jothashilpa is not responsible for any delay of product delivery due to natural, political or any other not controllable by Jothashilpa reasons.
b. Jothashilpa always try to provide most accurate and updated pricing information. If unintentionally any error occurs, then Jothashilpa will reserve right to revoke or refuse or cancel any such order.
c. Sometimes due to various unavoidable reasons some order cannot be proceed.
d. Jothashilpa reserves all rights to revoke or cancel such transection without reveling actual cause.
